This is our 4 bed property, our home while we've been studying for our Phd and master's courses.
We have one place/maybe 2 available for the right person to join us.
We are all male, established international students, one just finished his PhD, one finishing in the next few months. One doing MBA.

We are all hard working focussed on studies,, really clean and organised.

We're looking for someone similar to join us.

NOTE: We may consider someone who is working and who is able to share the council tax as one of us will be paying it forthwith.
ALSO NOTE: The council tax bill for the year from April 2024 is at least £2663.78 !!!

The house has a sunny garden, 2 bathrooms, a compact kitchen but plenty of fridge space and a separate dining room.
