We are 5 people currently studying a Cardiff met llandaf campus. we are looking for someone to take over the tenancy of a downstairs double bedroom with plenty of furniture, two big bathrooms ,downstairs toilet and a large living area in kitchen, a lovely sociable garden and a very very sociable house everyone is very bubbly likes to laugh and has a lot of fun. You are a 10 to 15 minute walk from all of the local pubs Cathays. You are a 20 minute walk from campus and 35 minute walk away from Cardiff University. There are plenty of bus stops and easy travel around and lovely restaurants and shops.
