A furnished double room is available to let in a lovely house in Tonypandy with a shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom on the first floor and a second toilet downstairs, a utility room with washing machine which you are welcome to make use of, on-street parking and a south facing enclosed patio overlooking the garden.

The bills included are: Broadband, Council tax, Water and Sewage rates.
Gas and electricity bill is not included in the rent. It will be calculated monthly and paid on top of the rent.

Bus stop is just 2 min walk (routes 170 to Ferndale, and 173, 175 to Porth).
In total there are 3 bedrooms in the house but you will be sharing only with me.
I am Dina (F), a sports therapist working long hours, a very friendly, relaxed, and tidy person.

Please note this is a smoke-free household, and LOOKING FOR A FEMALE HOUSEMATE ( i feel more confortable living with a woman) who is tidy, easy going and respectful. Someone who appreciates a relaxed home. I do like to go out with my friends and am sociable, but for me home is a place for relaxing and chilling generally. Someone who is happy in their own company would be ideal as I like to do the same during the week.
I like to keep the house clean and tidy, so someone who cleans up after themself and is able to commit to a cleaning rota.
