One spacious double room to rent with all furnishings. Mostly own use of shared main bathroom as other room has an en suite. Spacious open plan kitchen/living area.

You will need to bring your own desk & chair as my housemate will take her own with her.

Private car park.

£575 all in excluding electricity which is approx £25-35 pp/pm.

My lovely housemate is moving out as she is moving home.

Preference is someone who can stay for the longer term and that we’d get along.

Current housemate:
I’m an outdoorsy person who also enjoys the gym and is often busy with work or activities. I love to cook. I work from home 3 days a week. I’m happy to chill and socialise but also prioritise time alone. Not keen on hosting ragers/big parties in the flat, more a dinner party and chill night with friends kinda gal. Super friendly and want no drama.
