At present we are x3 females - one returning home after her PSD work placement in December, her room becoming available.

Shared rooms: Living room; Dinning room, Kitchen, Bathroom (full bath+great shower), Storage room/Bike room and a very pleasant South/West facing Garden where we have some success with herbs, some veg and berries.

The house has a side entrance to the garden for bike's storage.

This Room is at the end of a small corridor, a bit more independent from the rest of the house and has the use of a cupboard in the adjacent spare little empty room.

As house mates we are relaxed, friendly, independent and active professionals. Each enjoying activities like running, dancing, films, music etc

Disclosure: We prefer a 3rd woman but we are open to anyone we feel can be happy living here and we can be happy sharing with.

Generally each of us enjoy our own personal space and time, though often sharing conversations and laughter during meal preparations, at times even special events (World Cup recently, birthdays etc) and occasionally joining neighbours events - we have great neighbours- some like joining the local Pub quizz team.

We have a weekly rota for the cleaning of all shared areas to keep them clean and tidy.

We are looking for a professional or a mature student (fully house trained) respectful and trustworthy. A person of good nature, friendly, sociable, which is respectful of personal space, who appreciates a clean, peaceful, happy and friendly home.
