Hi everyone!

We are looking for a new housemate in Roath, photos below and rent is £600pm including bills and your own small office.

The house is on Roath Court Place and available from 15th March, we could be slightly flexible about this. Short or long term considered. Room and office are furnished and there's free on street parking.

It’s currently myself (28), my 6 year old daughter, and Dan (29). We’re looking for either a postgrad ideally or young professionals. The house usually has a chill vibe, other than the time my daughter is there which is of course a little more chaotic with lots of laughs and silly games. We sometimes share meals and like to have chats and catch up daily, maybe a movie or a night out together occasionally. 

We are looking for someone:
ideally a similar age to us but this is definitely not a dealbreaker
LGBT friendly
kid friendly
clean! (the dishes need to go in the dishwasher mainly)

A bit more about us: I have just finished a PhD in AI and now run an EdTech startup, I like hiking, boxing and watching Gilmore Girls. Dan loves all things film and our pet gerbils, Gizmo and Gadget. Lyra likes animals, drawing pixel art and Minecraft.
