Looking to let out the other room in the house between the 24th of February and 22st of
March when my father will be moving in with me. It’s furnished but I’m willing to add other items as required. The house is close to City Road and transport links, with a decent garden complete with furniture and decking and lovely neighbours. I’d like to share with another professional who appreciates a quiet life and a tidy home. I have a beautiful rescue pointer named Georgie who is very friendly with adult people once acquainted, but sadly not with other dogs or small furries. I’ll be painting the decking in the next dry spell and have plans for a shed and some hanging baskets for the summer. My aim is to create a real oasis for us. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob & extractor, electric oven, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, microwave and two-drawer air fryer. We have a combi boiler so hot water not an issue. 4k tv with sound bar & sub-woofer, Prime TV, Apple TV, Now TV (inc Sky Sports) and Netflix (these are legit subscriptions not on a dodgy stick!). 200mb fibre broadband.
Note: there is some on-street parking and the off-road space can be used when I’m away.
The pictured tumble dryer is a brand new Samsung heat pump model, this will be going in the cupboard under the stairs when I’ve had the electrician put a socket in there (this week hopefully).
Strong preference will be given to people who work from home and can keep Georgie company during the day and engage with him (play a couple of times and give him the odd treat during the day). Get in touch with any questions and/or to arrange a viewing 😊
