Lovely little detached house, quiet area, with a shared driveway + free street parking. Property also comes with outside bike shed and small paved garden area (very good for potted plants).


Location - the house is conveniently located 30secs walk from Crwys Road where you can find all local amenities (shops, takeaways, pharmacy etc).
It's an easy 10 min walk to a big Lidl, or to Albany road (lots more shops) and a 15min walk to Cathays train station, going straight into Cardiff Central (10mins on train). Very well situated indeed!

The room(s) - There are actually two rooms included in the price. A medium size double-bedroom with a lovely big window overlooking the street, plus a small spare room with great morning light (previously used as a study).
The kitchen is a touch on the wee side but it has all working facilities (oven, tall fridge freezer, washing machine).
The lounge is a good size with room for a small piece of furniture to be added if wanted.
The bathroom is also a decent size with a nice bath, power shower and its very clean.
The house is furnished with space for the second persons belongings and the room includes bed, wardrobe and drawers.
What I'm looking for in a housemate - as I'm going into my third year studying Occupational Therapy at Cardiff Uni ideally, I'd like a housemate who is also a mature student or a working professional.

What you want to know about me - I myself am a happy, chilled and sociable lass, so I would enjoy the odd shared meal in the week/ occasional jaunt outdoors.
It's also worth mentioning my partner comes to stay every so often as we are currently long-distance so naturally, you would be more than welcome to have your partner/ pals come to stay.
Approx bill breakdown (pcm) as follows:
Water - £15-20
Gas and Electric - £40
Internet - £12
(based on last two months bills however, its quite likely to be cheaper in reality as lockdown continues to ease - we were home using electricity a lot the last 3 months lol).

The contract begins from 18th September but it is possible to move in as early as the 1st September if preferred!
