Hi and welcome to our listing!

We are a married couple who moved to Cardiff in 2021. I'm 36 and my wife is 31. I'm a horticultural therapist and my wife is a master's student. We were born and raised in London and moved to Wales for work. We have a Labrador x Border Collie (Lollipop) and two beautiful cats (Cricket & Cheese). All our animals are super friendly and cuddly.

Our house is a 3-bed property in a lovely, quiet location, very close to local amenities. The room is a private and comfortable single bedroom. There is a lounge for relaxing and a large well-equipped kitchen. The room comes with space in our fridge as well as plenty of storage cupboards for food, crockery etcetera. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a dining area, a study, and a beautiful garden,. We’re happy to share the whole house and will respect your privacy.

We live in a lovely neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. The property has a single car space available (on street) as my wife and I share a car. The area is full of things to do and we try to make the most of it. My wife and I are taking part in a beginner's Swing Dancing course at the Chapter Arts centre which is only 5 minutes away by foot. We're close to some beautiful parks and a short drive from lovely beaches. By public transport, Cardiff city centre is 10 minutes away (from Ninian station) and Cardiff University is 20 minutes away. We live very close to Cardiff City Stadium so are ideally placed for match days.
