A good house with friendly people, I am only leaving to live with course mates. The house is in a nice part Cathays that is a mixture of students and regular households so will be quiet of a night. The house has a large kitchen with a washer, dryer and dishwasher. There is a video on CPS homes that shows the house well. Looking for someone to be friendly and easy to get on with as we want someone we can trust and be friends with to take the room.

I have attached photos of the kitchen and garden but the video is best to watch for a view of the house.
