Hi ! Desperately looking for someone to take over my tenancy starting in july for a house in cathays! It’s a house of 8 people, 6 boys and 1 girl, just looking for one extra (girls only)

It’s obviously 8 bed, with 3 bathrooms, an outdoor space and a really nice kitchen ! It’s around £125 a week including water and wifi bills. Gas and Electrics are an extra £10 a week so it’s around £135 pw!

Tenancy is from July 13th to July 10th 2025 - You can move in from July 13th but rent has to be paid by July 2nd !

Really need to get this space filled asap so if you have any questions let me know !
