I'm looking for a flatmate for the current property I'm residing in. The property is based in Cardiff, CF10 3EH.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom and a living room.

Rent, Water and Council Tax = £600 per month your half

Double bedroom available for rent in a female-preferred household, to live with another professional female.

The room is available immediately.

Transportation: 6-minute walk (0.3 miles) to Cathays train station.

Parking is available outside the apartment, but you must obtain a permit to show that you are a resident.
