Single room offered in a lovely vintage style house in Roath, Cardiff. (for a single male lodger)

It doesn't have an ensuite bathroom but the bathroom is right next door to the single bedroom.

My name is David and I own the house.
I will likely be away in London most of the autumn and winter and back to Cardiff for some weekends/the occasional week here and there.
I will be sleeping in my loft bedroom when I'm back in Cardiff and there may also be another lodger in the main double bedroom.

I have attached pictures of the house.

I am an occasional naturist (nudist) so any potential lodger will need to be completely comfortable with occasional nudity, but as I said, I probably won't be in cardiff very much at all.

I would love to have a lodger who speaks French as I go to Paris 2 months every year to improve my french!

The price £495 and includes all bills and excellent wifi.

No smoking or pets.
