I'm Kate!
I'm a 31 year old teacher whose just moved back to Wales after 5 years of living in England.
I'm currently renting a fantastic 3 bedroom house and I'm looking for someone who's tidy, sociable and happy to move in with me!

The house is a corner house on a new build estate at The Mill in Canton! It's close to the city centre and Pontcanna 🎶🍻
I have two cats who are outdoorsy and hyperallergenic. I have furnished the house so you won't need to buy furniture but I have a large garden shed if you need storage.
You don't need to pay a deposit as I have done so.
Water, WiFi and cleaner (bi-weekly) included in the rent.
Gas/electric and council tax needs to be split.
