For personal reasons, I am looking for someone to replace me in my current tenancy. It is a lovely 5-bed house just a few minutes walk from Cathays Terrace (message me for location)!

- Rent is £515 per month!
- Bills are not included and around £65 per month!

You'd be sharing with 1 male, 3 female housemates who are all in their fifth year at Cardiff University!

They are all friendly, clean and tidy! The house has a lovely shared living room and kitchen! I have attached pictures of my room but message me for more pictures of the house!
