* Living with 2 girls and 2 boys, all third-year Cardiff University students
* Male or female welcome
* Rent: £530 per month (bills not included)
* Available for the 2026/27 academic year (move-in from September)
* Great location, within walking distance of the university, shops, cafés and public transport.

Unfortunately, due to a change in my circumstances, I’m no longer able to move in, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
