Hiya everyone! We are a group of five girls looking to fill two rooms in our house in Colum Road.
Two of our friends have needed to drop out due to changes in circumstances so this could be a great opportunity if anyone is looking to join a house share with a friend. Of course individuals are also welcome!
The rent is £525 a month, bills not included. All of the rooms are doubles and pretty spacious and light. Its a really convenient location, 5 minute walk to lidl, 2 minutes to the social studies library and 6 minutes to Cathays train station (where most of the uni buildings are).
One room is available immediately and the other will be available from august (photos will be up soon!). New tenants will need guarantors. Our preference is for girls but our minds could be changed...
