My gf is moving out of her flat beginning of March and is looking for someone to replace her tenancy. There is 6 months left on the contract with the potential on going to a rolling contract after this one finishes!

The current flatmate is quiet and social, likes cooking, watching film and both quiet night in or sometime a night out!

There is two living room so you can make one your own with your own furniture. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.
The bedroom is fairly big and there is a very nice private garden at the rear! The house is a 7min walk to Aldi/home bargains/ Dunelm/ TKmax/ Iceland on new port road. Bus stops all around and you are a 20-25 min walk to the city centre!
