Double bedroom available in a 3-bedroom terraced house in Cardiff.

You'll be living with me and my cat Marcel - I'm a 1-2-1 tutor working mostly online at home or in my studio, I also work in the creative industry as a freelancer, and so like to go to art galleries and events with friends. I love gardening, going to the beach in this weather (it's quite cool in the house!) and spending time with friends here and there in Cardiff.

The area: there's a lovely park about 5/10 minute walk from the house that is great to walk to, and leads quickly to Roath. The street is really quiet here, with very nice and friendly neighbours around. Splott is a few minutes away also (Benito's Portuguese bakery had amazing nata) and walking into town takes 25 minutes, and 5 minutes by bike.

The room is furnished, and we can figure out if you need to add or take anything away that's already there. There's a shared livingroom, dinning room, little conservatory, garden with decking to sit and have a drink/read a book/ hang out in the evening and of course kitchen and bathroom.

I am looking for a clean, tidy, and considerate housemate who also values a relaxed and respectful home, someone who likes cats is a must!
