Located in a lovely residential street with parking and 10min walk to university hospital wales and 20-30min walk to cardiff university. Bus stops are down the street (less than an 1min away) with frequent buses to the centre. Its a great location as there is a retail centre with Tesco extra, Aldi, the gym etc 5 min walking distance.

The room is a double room on the ground floor with 2 toilets (one downstairs and one upstairs) and 1 shower room.

Two of us will be living there so can have our own toilet to use. I am friendly and respect privacy.

Broadband, council tax and wifi are included as well as all other bills
