My current room will shortly become available for rent.
Rent is £586.61 per month, and the deposit is £586.61.
All the bills are included such as water, gas, electricity, wifi, and council tax.
The house has 15 bedrooms. There are 2 kitchens (it's one kitchen downstairs, and another one upstairs so that it's never crowded), 4 toilets, a living room, and a back garden.
Even though there are many bedrooms, the house is divided into different floors which makes it seem as if there are less people already. Also, the house is very quiet, and the housemates are respectful.
We have a cleaner that comes once a week to clean common areas.
