Lovely, cozy house with charming interior decor with landscape garden.

The house is nestled in the heart of Cathays and is within a stones throw of local amenities (including supermarkets, high streets, train station, university, hospital etc.). There are two bathrooms in the house and parking available. Having called this place home for 4 years, I can attest to its warmth and comfort :)

The rolling monthly contract ensures flexibility with a minimum 1 month stay. Plus, all bills are included ( I. e. Council tax, gas, electric, water, Wi-Fi).

Flatmates in the house are very sociable. We love spending time together, going out, having movie nights, going to pub quizzes, and firing up the grill for BBQs.
