One room available in a five bed shared house on Llanishen Street. The property is 5 - 10 minutes walk from Heath hospital, and 20 - 25 from Cardiff Met Llandaff (2mins to bus route) and 20 - 25 to Cardiff University.
The other tenants are all females so a female would be strongly preferred. There is a mix of masters students/working, some on two year graduate visas. This is a reasonably quiet house. All very friendly.
