Room to rent in lovely house in Cathays area. Would be living with me and my partner. I'm a nurse who works shifts and my partner works in marketing working days. We are a relaxed couple who enjoy socialising but also are happy to do our own thing. We enjoy going off walking, to art galleries and watching films. The house has two bathrooms, living and dining room and a garden. Looking for someone who wants to rent for 3-6 months but am open if longer periods needed. Room would come furnished with bed, chest of draws, clothes rail for hanging and there is currently a TV in the room. Kitchen is also fully stocked.
