Walking distance to Penrith town centre and the local pub. 15 mins drive from the Lake District. 5 mins from M6/A66. New build, 3 bed house with parking and lovely garden. Stunning views over the Pennines.

The room is recently decorated and carpeted. There is plenty of space if you have any furniture etc and there is a loft and shed if you want to store anything. I have a secure garden with an 8ft fence if you have bikes to secure.

Myself and my rescue pugs live here. I work from home and am happy for you to do the same. There is a desk in the room and wi-fi is excellent.

I'm outgoing, friendly and relaxed but also love quiet nights in front of the TV (for this reason the lounge is not for shared use). I'm an 'early to bed' person and am out and about with the dogs most weekends. The pugs are chilled and people-friendly; although one needs to get to know you first. My previous lodger didn't love dogs and they left him alone as he preferred!

Shift workers are not a problem.
