Rent includes all bills. Must buy own food (fridge/ freezer provided). Located in a quite area with bus stop right at the end of the lane and shops very handy. A comfortable happy home. A sense of humour is a must if your ears stick out my other half will comment on them, but its light hearted banter and we think that's normal :O) Everyone is welcome and would prob suit a young person but we don't have age limits or oldest lodger was 76 and stayed 3 years while working on the coast, you don't have to like or pets just as long as you don't dislike them :O) Better to ring than email as i'm not tied to a computer. 15mins from Sellafield.
