There are also lots of activities on offer in addition to the local gym including a BMX and skateboarding park, Cricket club, wake boarders, open water swimmers, walking routes along the coast path and inland, regular cycling and horse riding events and a golf course and club plus nearby Rugby clubs.

Ideally located for Sellafield contractors and West Lakes Science Park staff amongst others.

Each room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers/ bureau, a bedside table and lamp, chair, wall-mounted television and a kettle as a minimum.

There is communal use of a Kitchen and dining room with all white goods in good condition and the inclusive utilities include a cooker, hob, microwave, and fridge freezer. There is also the use of an ironing board and iron.

There is a large car park within walking distance that is free to use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and some contractors can apply for a pass to park in specified spaces for ease of use in high season.

All residents have a key to the front door and there is housekeeping and a local maintenance operative that care for the property and can be on call should there be an issue that needs to be reported and addressed.

The prices stated are for Monday PM to Friday AM only but the rooms can be available at weekends for an additional fee.

Rates are payable 52 weeks of the year without exception.
