Hi All,
My spare room will be available as of April 2026, I work Mon-Fri and my plan is to not be around on weekends, leaving Friday Morning and returning Monday night. With this in mind I'm happy to wait for the right person, females preferred.
Ideal for anyone working at the hospital, maybe a 3rd or 4th year student or for someone who works here.
The street is within walking distance of town, train station 0.6miles/13min walk, Lidl/Aldi/Sainsburys/Coop, gyms and takeaways.
I would like whoever lodges to feel at home and for us to get on, as ultimately this is my home even though I won’t always around.
Large furnished kingsize room ( though it will be set up ready for someone/my stuff removed, I took the photos to show the space there is also a cupboard/wardrobe not seen in the photo), shared living room with log burner, shared dining room (not pictured as it’s a bit chaotic/mainly a storage/project space BUT this is a large space which I’m not precious about, ideal if you are a creative/art student or just have a hobby that requires some space) , shared kitchen and bathroom. There is also an entrance hallway. I also have a desk spare to put in the bedroom or living room for working from home one or two days a week or just general desk activities.
There is a yard, parking if required is by permit. I would ideally also like some kind of reference and I'm happy to provide one as well. Bills included for reasonable utilities usage. Happy to type up a lodger agreement for both parties peace of mind.
