The pink room is available from 1st September 2026 (not before) and the black/white room (please see pictures) will be available from 15th September 2026. The rooms are comfortable, in a lovely/quiet home, in a small village. 12 mins drive to Glangwili hospital, 8 miles from Carmarthen centre and 10 mins drive to the National Welsh Botanical gardens or about the same to Brechfa forest. Please be aware that although my house is an easy route to these places, it does require you to be a car driver as the bus service is infrequent. The bus goes into Carmarthen town centre once a day but it doesn't go directly past the hospital.
The room would suit a professional on short contract, working at the hospital with a car, someone wanting a short break/holiday/rest or someone between houses, jobs or relationships. The rooms being rented are set apart from the landlady's (me) suite.
The house sits in a 22 acre small-holding farm and there are ducks/chickens outside and a friendly small dog indoors. I even have a mini-gym that can be used. All bills and gym are included. Parking is available.
