Large double bedroom for a female lodger in a lovely 3 bedroom victorian terrace house with live-in landlady, 37 yrs old, and one other female lodger, 32 and Rufus (my adorable 1 year old shnoodle crossed dog) lives here part time too.

The House: The house has a large, brand new furnished kitchen with all cooking amenities, and a new washing machine. In the main house the lodger is welcome to use the dining area and share the sitting room. The upstairs bathroom is shared and includes a shower, sink and loo. We've just had a new boiler fitted too!

Outside, there is a small front garden and a back yard space. On pavement, free parking is found on the adjoining streets.

The room is available to view by arrangement, and is available to rent from Oct 2026. Wifi is included.
Rent is £600 per calender month, inc bills and the Deposit is £600.
