I am looking for a lodger.

I live in a new estate, beautifully presented 4 bedroom house.

I am easy going, quiet, like to watch tv, go out am friendly and welcoming to new people.

I am a keen cook so you’re guaranteed to find something to eat too!

The lodger is welcome to spend as much or as little time as possible with me and my pooch. We are happy either way.

The room is currently furnished and all bills are included.

Bus stop is 5 min away to take you to Carterton and local places as well as Oxford. There is a shop 5min walk away and the bus generally takes about 10 to get to bigger stores in town.

You would also benefit from the cutest pooch living in the house too ☺️
