Bright double room with bathroom including shower in a Cotswold cottage. Use of fully equipped kitchen/sitting room area, utility room and garden.

To live here you will need a car as there is only a very limited bus service, there is plenty of parking across the road. The house is 10 minutes to Witney, 15 minutes to Brize Norton, 20 minutes to Burford, 25 minutes Shrivenham, 35 minutes to Oxford.

My preference is to offer this room to a professional female who goes out to work rather than working from home.

I am flexible but may prefer someone who wants the room from Monday to Friday (£500 pm) or is away fairly frequently on weekends . You would not be required to move your belongings out over the weekend.

Although I don't have any pets of my own, I do look after a couple of friendly dogs from time to time.
