The existing tenants have requested a preference for a female flat mate.

The room comes furnished with a chest of drawers, a very large wardrobe and has an ottoman style bed for additional storage. it also has new double glazing.

The room has 3 outside walls and can be a little cool in winter. I have just renovated it installing thermal wallpaper to improve the performance of the room. The heating is very good but an additional heater will be provided, if required.


The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared with 2 other females. Super nice house mates, Harriet & Maria who are friendly and laidback.
