Hi! We have one double room available in our lovely 3-bed home, sharing with two other females in their 20s/30s.

The room is available from 24th April. It comes furnished, and there is flexibility to move in earlier if needed.

The flat is located in Catford, a 7-minute walk to the train station, with easy access to shops, pubs, open spaces, and London Bridge (12 minutes by train).

The flat has two bedrooms at the back and one at the front (the available room). There’s a large kitchen/dining space overlooking our shared garden, as well as a separate living room.

You’d be sharing with Jo and Lucy, who work in healthcare and in education/the arts. The vibe at home is relaxed - exercising, cooking, having friends over for dinner, chatting about our day, or watching TV together. We’re looking for a like-minded person who wants a comfortable home to come back to, enjoys a drink now and then, and also values their own/our shared space.

We’re ideally looking for someone who has experience living in a houseshare, works or studies outside of the home, and has their own setup of friends and interests in London. We all predominantly work outside the home and are looking for the same - sorry, we’re not looking for someone who works from home full-time.

You’d also be living with a little dog called Mabel, a hypoallergenic cross-breed. She’s affectionate but also very happy snoozing between her walks (all thanks to Jo, who co-owns the flat!).

The room is at the front of the house and is £625 per month, with one month’s rent as a deposit (protected). Bills are approximately £160 per month.

We’re looking for someone who wants to stay for a minimum of 6 months.
