Hi there! We’re all moving out of the flat soon, but I’m leaving a month earlier, so my room is available from 20th August until 30th September.

The flat is home to three of us who met at university while studying Film, and we’re all now working professionals. The remaining housemates Rio and Ethan are both very chill.

It’s a three-bedroom flat with a garden and bbq grill. Ethan’s room is set up in the living room, but it’s still used as a shared communal space.

The area is very quiet and suburban while still being well connected. Lidl is literally a 3 minute walk away, and Lower Sydenham station is around a 10 minute walk with trains getting you to London Bridge in under 20 minutes.

All bills are included.
