Hither Green station is about 8 minutes walk and it’s 15 minutes away from London Bridge. Also, if you drive there is Free road parking.

Subletting a room from the 1st of July -the communal area is the bathroom and the kitchen. All bills are inclusive except electricity and gas as this is split into 3 at the end of each month.

As I’m only subletting a room- I will ensure to give 2 month notice (when the flat needs to be vacant) and that will work both ways.
