I’m looking for a new housemate for September in a two-bed maisonette in Catford, as my friend is moving back to university in Bath at the end of our placement.

The flat was newly renovated when we moved in last year, so everything is still pretty new, and everything you see in the photos stays. There’s a BED (I promise), table and a desk in the room.

The rent is £900 per month, excluding bills (which total £68pp at the moment). The tenancy is handled officially through OpenRent, and the deposit is protected through a deposit protection scheme.

Also 100% LGBTQ+ friendly, cats are welcome, and I’m a non-smoker.

For non-students: The council tax is Band B. I’m a student so there’s a 25% discount on total cost.
