The room is available for 12 months or longer for the right person. The double bedroom comes with a wardrobe, double bed with mattress, access to a refurbished lounge and kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower.

The flat is located on a quite but highly sociable road between Catford and Hither Green. Well connected by 3 train stations and with excellent bus links nearby, it is perfect for someone working locally or in Central London.

You'd be sharing with a professional in hospitality, a proud cat parent, who is sociable but also likes his own space and is exceptionally clean and tidy.

Being clean and tidy is very important for me, because I am looking for someone who tidys as they go and respects my home.

I am also mainly looking for LGBTQ+ friendly people to live with me too, who don't have a cat allergy and are warm towards cats.
