ABOUT THE AREA:

Forest Hill, Sydenham & Catford are all a quick stroll from the house. You’ll have easy access to plenty of independent cafes and restaurants, farmer’s markets, gyms and swimming pools, yoga studios and an independent multi-screen cinema. There are several large parks (Blythe Hill, Horniman Gardens, Ladywell Fields) nearby and there’s a river trail two minutes from the house if you like running/cycling. There’s a large Sainsbury's, Aldi and a Tesco Metro within a 5-minute walking distance.

ABOUT ME:

I'm a 38-year old author and fashion business consultant. I split my time between London and Berlin. I’m looking for lodgers who will enjoy the house and treat it well whilst I'm away!

I like the house to be a chilled-out space so no party animals, please.
