Hi everyone! I’m moving out of my lovely room in Catford and looking for someone to take over during august .
The room is bright, airy, and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and mirror in included as well as an oven kettle and toaster!
You’ll be living with 3 friendly female students/young professionals. It’s a really relaxed, respectful home, so we’re ideally looking for a female tenant to keep that vibe.
One of the best parts of the house is the beautiful garden 🌿 perfect for little picnics, coffee in the sun, or just unwinding after work.
Rent: £1250 (bills included, excl. council tax)

Location: Catford (great connections into central London, 15 minute train from Catford Bridge to London Bridge! The walk from the house to Catford Bridge is only 10minutes)
