Battersea is a really great area to live in- it is SO close to central London, Kings Road is a 15 minute walk, Pimlico is a 15 min walk, Oval is really close, Clapham is really close and Victoria is a 2 min train away for national rail services.

Really good local amenities too- supermarkets, local shops etc.

I'm in my late 30s and have lived in the property for 10 years. I'm looking for someone who is after a mid-week let only. I work from home some days and have a small dog that I share with my Mum, so she's in the flat some weeks and not others.
