Hi everyone,

We have a lovely cozy room becoming available in our terraced house. It comes unfurnished. The room is on the 2nd floor and faces into the garden. The house itself is a 2-minute walk to Clapton Overground station and there are several bus stops equally close.

Grocery stores, restaurants and pubs obviously can all be found in walking distance. It's a nice area!

The house has a nice kitchen and living room as well as a garden out the back. There's a shared
bathroom as well as a second toilet. We also have a small guest room which we offer to friends from
time to time when they need a place to stay for a few days. Including you there will be 5 people
living in the house in total but it somehow never feels crowded at all. One of the rooms also has an en-suite so the main bathroom is only shared by 4 people.

Currently living here are Max who is an editor, Aydanne from Switzerland who is an actor, Oona from Finland who studies film and works part-time in retail and myself, Jonas, from Germany who works as a concept artist for Film and TV. We're a friendly bunch and love a chat in the kitchen but due to different work schedules and such we don't get to hang out a lot. Because of Covid things are slightly different at the moment in that some of us work from home more but somehow we still only run into each other about once a day. It's pretty relaxed.

We're just looking for someone chill and nice to fill the gap that lovely Seb will be leaving behind when he's moving in with his girlfriend after having lived here for 2 years (yep, it's a nice house). We are looking for another man or someone who identifies as a man, just to maintain the current balance of the house.

The rent for the room is £535pm + bills (roughly £100 a month, really hard to say exactly as water, gas and electricity bills only come in every few months and vary over the course of the year). There's also a rolling deposit of £620 which is protected under the deposit protection scheme.
