The flat is on the top floor of a Victorian apartment building, situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with a communal courtyard downstairs. It is only a 4 minute walk to Bethnal Green tube station.

From Bethnal Green tube station, it is one stop to Liverpool Street, and twelve minutes to Oxford Circus on the Central Line. In the opposite direction, it is two stops to Stratford, connecting you to the EuroStar.

The flat is perfectly positioned for someone who works in the city as it is a 25 minute walk away. Shoreditch, Victoria Park, Broadway Market and Columbia Road are all within walking distance also.

We are both professionals in our thirties. We don't smoke, and we have one cat!
