I am currently looking for a house mate because living in this big house alone is a little quiet.

The room for rent is a double bedroom with ensuite. The house as a whole is 4 bedroom 4 bathroom.

The house is newly renovated, which is why I have waiting so long to get a house mate. It has a very large kitchen, downstairs toilet, pantry, garden, and an open dining room and sitting room as part of the shared space. (Cleaner comes weekly).

The location itself is perfect. It is 8 mins walk to East Dulwich and 10 mins from Peckham Rye stations. You can get to London Bridge in 20 mins, canary wharf in 25, Victoria in 30 mins and shoredich also in 30 mins. There is also a gym and pool 3 mins walk.

I'm a professional (work in the city), quite a social person, enjoy travelling alot, and enjoy going to the gym / yoga. Otherwise, I'm usually up for a pub visit and I like to cook.

I have a cat and a small dog, so anyone interested would have to be ok with animals.
