6 Person warehouse unit on Fish Island is looking for a new tenant.

Some details we wanted to share:

We are looking for:
Male / Age above 23 ideally. Preferably non smoker
(ex smokers live here but guests sometimes smoke in the house in case of a party on the weekends). Our entrance and living room are right by the door to a street and very accommodating to for smokers.)

We are a diverse household between the ages of 24 and 53 and all get a long really well but let each other know if there is something not working well. We are looking for a sweet, easy going, kind, person to join the gang.

We are looking for a male because we keep the balance of 3/3 and a guy is moving out. We are working in the fields of music, charity/sustainability, events, photography and hospitality.

We love a quiet house at night during the week so it's more a day time house. Prefer to keep it that way. Some of us have night shifts here and there and come home late at times but we keep it quiet during the week so that a decent time for sleep is possible (like between 11/12 and 7am kind of thing) as sound can be quite well heard throughout the house.

The ones who get up early can also help to keep the mornings decently quiet for others who need so sleep a bit in. But you get the idea. Weekends tend to be louder, our housemate who lives here for 10 years is a DJ and is playing music mainly some of the evenings during the week, daytime Wednesday and on weekends (good range of music, ranging from dub reggae to house and blues). Due to it already being a lot of music going on we don't really search for antoher DJ joining the house.

The house has a nice living room, we are all social and sweet people, some of us like to cook, we like to go keep healthy, go to the gym, and have other various interests ranging from going to galleries, making art, reading, learning languages, hang out with friends, music, go out to parties, pottery, going for walks, cycling. We are tidy, we clean weekly on rotation most of the house on rotation.

Important: Your room is accessed via a ladder, it is decently big and is located on the 'upper level', pictures attached.

Feel free to get in touch so we can show you the room in person, so we can have a chat too, in case you like the room and the atmosphere, we can meet you for a second time in order to spend some more time. This will help us to find a person who feels comfortable here and we feel comfortable with. 🙂

Move in date: Earliest 20th of April or 27th of April latest.

Rent: 750 including bills.
Pets: will be hard because the room accessibility but could house a cat potentially
