Hi, I’m Alina, my roommate Maria is looking for two people to move in August 3rd.

The flat has a gorgeous shared living room and kitchen, one bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, and two rooms available from early August.

Room 1: — £1300 per month
Room 2: — £1350 per month

We welcome both students and working professionals! Please note that Maria is a full-time student and exempt from council tax. If you are not a student, you would be responsible for your share of council tax in the Islington area.

Your roommate Maria is a Mexican student at UCL and the Anna Freud Centre who loves yoga, reading, cooking and winding down with a good show or movie. She loves hosting small dinners, the occasional night out, and has plants everywhere! She takes pride in keeping the home cozy, warm and inviting.

We are looking for a female flatmate around 23-32 who has lived independently before and understands what comes with that. Someone who enjoys the occasional dinner together or movie night, respects our lovely neighbours, and keeps shared spaces tidy. Pets welcome! 🐾🌿

Great transport links: 10-12 min walk to Caledonian Road and Barnsbury, 18 min to Highbury and Islington, close to Story stop.
