The family bathroom is for your use (the other spare room and mine both have en suites).

There's a washing machine, large fridge, dishwasher and freezer in the kitchen. A cleaner comes weekly.

We have a Sainsbury's Express six minutes walk and a larger Sainsbury's about 12 minutes.

Brixton Tube is a short bus ride down the hill or you can bob and weave through the streets - I walk it in 18 mins.

Tulse Hill station connects to London Bridge and is a 12 minute walk, or you can walk across Brockwell Park to Herne Hill station.

I'm a live-in landlady and usually have another Monday to Friday tenant in the other spare room. Currently he stays only Monday to Wednesday and works late most days.
