The windows are large letting in lots of daylight with fantastic double glazing so it is surprisingly quiet. There is also space for a desk or a cosy chair whatever works for you we will supply.
The kitchen and bathroom are clean and fully equipped which the existing tenants maintain.
The location is fantastic with lots of eateries on our doorstep, plus there is a fabulous farmers market s short walk away.
Dalston station is a 10-minute walk with links straight into Stratford and a short bus ride into Shoreditch and the City.

Existing tenants are mature, clean and not late-night party goers, but pleasant and considerable varying in ages 28-40 years of age.

Not suitable for couples.
