A double bedroom in our 4 bed Edwardian house is becoming available as of the 4th May. The room is airy, well lit and has a garden view.
We are an upbeat and social house who enjoy doing things together such as gardening, cooking dinners and the pub quiz with our neighbours. We are 1 man and 2 women, all professionals between the ages of 26-30. We are all LGBT+
We are looking for someone friendly and responsible, who will think of this house like a home, not a lodging, and who ideally works out of home.
Pretty much opposite Mile End tube station.
10 minute walk to the lovely Victoria Park, the canals, or Bethnal Green.
We have all the usual amenities, plus a deep bathtub, a dishwasher, machine and tumbledryer. Lush garden which we grow food in and a spacious patio. Cozy living room with antique furniture collect over the years. Corner shop meters from our door.
6 minute tube to Liverpool Street/ Shoreditch.
15 minute tube to Central/ Oxford Circus.
Please note..
-Room comes unfurnished.
-Please do not apply if you work from home full time.
-No couples please.
-Accessibility- one step to main entrance and 2 flights of steps up to 1st floor.
- This is the rent not including bills which are around £100pm.
-This isn't the quietest of houses. One of us is a working musician/composer who works from home so there will be music heard throughout the week, within reason of course.
