Hello,

My name is Harry, I'm 26 and have been living in this friendly houseshare for 6 months. I'm moving out to find a place with a friend.

The current flatmates are all very nice, clean and easygoing people and there are opportunities to go to pubs (usually the Castle, Great Exhibition, or Bishop) for quizzes/watching the Euros/etc but we are equally happy in our own space.

The house has a shared living area, spacious kitchen and two bathrooms. All furniture in the room comes with it, including a huge wardrobe with more than enough room for my clothes.

Bills vary but are less than £100 in spring/summer/autumn and a little over £100 in winter. Council tax band = E.
Contract length can be negotiated.

The house is 10 minutes walk from the busy high street on Lordship Lane, a short walk or bus ride to East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations, and 10 mins on the bus to Forest Hill overground station.
